Pour a warm bath with the loose herbs in the water. soak yourself and rub the herbs and water all over. soak yourself from head-to-toe. You must stay in the bath until one of two things happen. Either you get goose bumps so bad that its painful or you actually shiver. then you can get out. DO NOT DRY YOURSELF. You must air dry. Do not wash again for 24 HOURS.
If you have a shower only: allow ingredients to steep in hot water for 30minutes. Add steeped liquid to coconut milk and cold water until you have about a gallon. After washing normal, turn OFF shower and slowly pour over yourself from the top of your head. Make sure mixture coats ever inch of yourself. Follow same dry instructions as bath.
