This is a live lab for a STFU spell that I am hosting on Zoom on Saturday, December 18th at 9pm EST. Everyone will be emailed the zoom link the day of the lab December 18th.  You will need vertivert, cloves, slippery elm bark, adders tongue (if you can find it), needle & thread or safety pins, a black chime candle, a petition & a cow tongue, artificial tongue or create a tongue with play doh. There is a tiktok & youtube video about it if you have any further questions. There are limited spaces available.
