This is a 7″x3″ sachet of herbs that are specifically for sound sleep without nightmares. (this is not for night terrors) It comes with a vial of oil that you apply to your temples and third eye before sleep. For best results and longest use, store in a ziplock bag when not sleeping. So long as the herbs have a scent, they remain “effective”. When scent is completely gone, smash the bag with your fingers and you will smell the herbs again.
