This particular mix has been tested on REAL people including myself and my child. Pain from scoliosis, fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, bulging discs as well as common muscle aches and spasms have been successfully relieved and seems to last up to a week sometimes.
I do not give the ingredients to this mix. However, as of yet, no one has been allergic. Always do a skin test.
Directions: pour about 2 inches of piping hot water in the tub. add the tub of ingredients and let it steep for 15-20 minutes. Then fill up your tub to a comfortable temperature and soak in the water until the pain goes away. THIS CAN BE REUSED UP TO 4 TIMES. Strain the herbs out and let them dry completely. Then add Epsom salt to your herbs. Put the granite back into the bath. You can also use your own clear quartz into your bath to amplify the effects.
