Stuff the bottle with the herb mixture. Add carrier oil of your choice. Let set for at least 1 month, shaking vigorously, daily.
Use to consecrate ANY tool you use in the craft such as: athame, cauldrons, altars, jewelry making tool, bowls, measuring cups, statues, crystals, etc. NEVER CANDLES. DO NOT BURN ANYTHING THAT CONTAINS HENBANE.
